This program is designed for individuals and teams who are seeking to embody inner-peace, stay present, and increase capacity and productivity in all areas of life. Resilience is the ability to recover quickly. This class teaches you how to bounce back.
The 3-week duration of this live, zoom course provides ample time to practice, hone, and embody your new skills. It will be gentle, experiential and last about 1 hour and 30 minutes with extra time for questions immediately following. Included is a 20 minute one on one check in to be held about 2 weeks after our last session.This curriculum is beautifully suited for groups, teams and businesses.
Our sessions will be recorded.This class does not provide individualized medical or psychological care. It is not therapy or treatment, and is intended only for those who are emotionally stable.
